I had to fire a staff today. Though it's not the first time I'm doing this, it was particularly tough this time round as this employee I had to terminate was one of my regular lunch partners. :(
It was not a good day for me today...

ReplyDeleteit was a difficult decision to make, but i guess sometimes, you just have to do what is needed.
