I eat fish soup noodles for lunch quite frequently, at least 3 to 4 times a week, & would normally order the fried fish version, without milk. In case some of you might be wondering what's the milk about. Well, I'm not sure why but milk is usually added to the noodles/soup unless you request them not to do so. I prefer mine without milk as I like my soup 'clean'.
Sad to say the stall I like to patronise has closed recently. I like their fish soup noodles cos the soup is tasty & they serve them with bitter gourd slices instead of 'Chye Sim' like most other stalls.
